When I started my business 8 years ago, I decided to use a service as the central tool for my business.
I did it because I never really believed that the Internet is an alternative to interaction with human. I made personalized service a centerpiece and only had one commodity on my hands to make it a success…. time.

my customer service involves a complete commitment to the customer – and achieving his desired outcome. That may manifest in a quick call. It may require a lengthy one. Anyway, I invest the time needed to deliver the best outcome for the customer.
