Running, jogging or walking on Oasis of the Seas
When I mention about vacation on Oasis of the Seas or sister ship Allure of the Seas, reaction is the same – “No, I want to have very active vacation. I don’t want to eat, eat, and eat.” Yes, I agree – eating experience on Oasis of the Seas or Allure of the Seas is great. But I will discuss it in another post. What I will tell you today – how great your cruise vacation may be if you decide to book those revolutionary ships.”
First of all, don’t skip your regular daily workout while you cruising on Oasis of the Seas or Allure of the Seas. Don’t use any reason for not doing it. If you run or walk before breakfast – do it! You will find very nice and convenient track on Deck 3. This is the longest-running track on an ocean liner, which is 0.43 miles in the length. This jogging track is partly covered to protect from the elements.
Or start your day with aqua aerobics, swimming, or yoga class. Prepare for your morning activities on Oasis of the Seas or Allure of the Seas in the evening, when you receive your Cruise Compass. I suggest taking higher lighter with you, so you highlight all activities you want to participate.
Oasis of the Seas: Fitness Center
It is a good idea to go to Fitness Center also. Take one from 158 cardio machines, a Kinesis for example, which is full body, no-impact or simply pump the iron. I like to excises on machine that facing the ocean. This gives physical loading to your body and relaxation to your brain. Try to stop any negative thoughts. Relax. Enjoy. This is your time. This is your cruise.
Additionally, I recommend to exercises on bike machine. Take your youngsters with you and make a family ‘bike tour.” Or take a spin class.
